The Suffolk University women’s soccer team continues to excel academically and for the ninth consecutive season has been recognized for the student-athletes’ classroom efforts.

The United Soccer Coaches organization, formerly the National Soccer Collegiate Coaches Association, honored the Rams squad with the 2016-17 Team Academic Award.

The Suffolk women earned the highest academic team award, presented by United Soccer Coaches to programs whose members have a composite grade point average of 3.25 or better on a 4.0 scale. The Rams women’s soccer team posted a cumulative 3.33 GPA.
